Original artwork combining the iconic Manchester music scene with the industrial revolution of the North. Helen chose the FAC251 - Factory Records building due to its deep relationship with Manchester's industrial past, capturing the atmosphere of the building at night. Helen has purposely left the barcode untouched to give an illusion of people queueing up outside. Hand-made using an industrial waste metal printing sheet as the canvas, the colour charts add a unique element to the piece and give an insight into the metal's previous life.
Medium: Original acrylic painting on industrial waste metal printing sheet as the canvas. This lightweight metal artwork is cleverly folded backwards with holes drilled either side so the piece can be free standing or hung directly onto the wall.
Dimensions: Width 20cm Height 20cm Depth 3cm.
Estimate: £80 - £120.
